Ercelle is originally from New York City.  She was raised in a Christian home, and accepted Christ as a child.  However, as a teenager she stopped serving the Lord for fifteen years pursuing the world's definition of success. 

Although she completed her college education,  and traveled extensively, those years were full of pain and emptiness.  However, God in His grace and mercy drew her back to relationship with Him in 1986.

Since 1986, Romans 12:1-2 has become her life verse, and the foundational title for her ministry, Transformed Lady Ministries™. The ministry was founded in 2001 to promote God's kingdom through speaking, teaching, and writing with a focus on developing godly character and on life applications of Scripture.

Ercelle's ministry experience includes:

• Three years as a Missions Director for a church of African-Americans in suburban Maryland establishing local evangelistic ministries, and supporting missionaries in the US and overseas.

• Co-author of a Bible study, Truth, Triumph and Treasure, and a Bible Studies leader for over 14 years.

• Seminar Leader teaching such topics as Experiencing God, What's Inside Your Closet? Walking in the Spirit, and Unsurpassing Peace.

• Workshop Leader for Greater Washington Christian Education Association, Inc. (GWCEA), Creative Christian Ministries in VA (CCM), New Jersey Christian Ministries (NJCM), and Mid-Atlantic Christian Education Association (MACEA).

• Six years as Director of Women's Ministries for a non-denominational, multi-racial church in suburban Maryland providing overall leadership to the ministry: coordinating and leading Bible studies, retreats, seminars, prayer breakfasts, outreach, and fellowship events. 

Ercelle has traveled extensively throughout the US, the Caribbean and the biblical lands of Israel, Greece, Egypt, and Turkey.  She is a graduate of Capital Bible Seminary, and of Christian Leaders, Authors, and Speaker Services (C.L.A.S.S.). 

Ercelle is currently actively involved in a teaching and speaking ministry in the mid-Atlantic area.
